Liability

Dorset Shepherd Huts Ltd takes no responsibility for any of the products involved in the production of it's huts, or items purchased by the client for use in its kits or huts. The maximum liability for any reason is limited to the cost of the ‘individual’ item purchased not the collective of individual items.  Please ask for a full copy of the T&C's

 

Wood/ multiflue burners - Always read all documentation which comes with the burner and if in any doubt consult a qualified engineer. They should be installed by a qualified engineer at all times and re-checked if the hut is moved at all. Dorset Shepherd Huts Ltd takes no responsibility for the burner or the use of the burner. A smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector should always be fitted.

 

Any damage or concerns with the Shepherd Huts, Tiny Homes or any self build kits in the ranges need to be reported within 72 hours of delivery to our customer service team by way of email and phone call.

 

The hut must be positioned on a flat stable firm base, on which the hut may need to be anchored to the ground.

 

Electrical Supply and Electrics - These should be installed by a qualified electrician, and if in doubt please consult a qualified electrician. Dorset Shepherd Huts Ltd takes no responsibility for the electrics.

 

Dorset Shepherd Huts Ltd takes no responsibility for Death, Loss, Injury or damage caused by faulty goods, poor construction or any components associted with its Shepherd Huts, Tiny Homes or any self build kits in the ranges .
